I’m a purpose-driven professional with over a decade of experience working within research and publishing systems and have helped make them more ethical, inclusive, and values-led. Through roles in policy, research integrity, and operations, I’ve contributed to clearer processes, better stakeholder engagement, and stronger accountability, particularly around fairness, ethics, and transparency. I’m especially passionate about how improving transparency can lead to better organisational culture.
