I spent 15 years solving complex, unpredictable problems in real-time in high stakes environments in the sport of freestyle wrestling. I’ve facilitated team meetings in five languages and presented to diverse stakeholders on 4 continents. I believe in the potential within us, among us, and between us and I’ve experienced firsthand the power of talent dense organizations. Some people have a lot of preconceptions when they see Olympic Champion (both good and bad)- but I\'m a lot more than just that.
