ABOUT ERICA ERICA ROBINSON VANDERLAAN

Innovative educational professional with over 15 years experience with leaders at levels of many universities, districts, campuses and classroom teachers. Currently an enterprise implementation consultant in telematics. Striving to stay challenged by seeking new opportunities to solve critical issues while assisting with product development, feedback from stakeholders and sharing a vision about future growth. Utilizing my skill set to build long lasting relationships, gain more knowledge along the way, and share expertise with new industries. Engaging learners in curriculum through online resources and virtual support is my passion. With customer experience as my top priority, I enjoy working with complex technology implementations, onboarding new users and project management. My efforts positively impact my customers and through teamwork and collaboration, I know we can succeed toward a common goal. My strengths include utilization of detail oriented planning strategies, proactive organization and creative solutions. I enjoy learning from others in a fast paced, flexible environment that encourages all stakeholders to be results driven with the customer at the center of our focus. I provide support, coaching and feedback for company growth and internal initiatives. Provide communications related to onboarding, including tracking manual and system-generated messages, and providing resources for stakeholders to help drive adoption within their teams. Assisting customers with aggregating and analyzing multilevel data to facilitate data-driven conversations and solutions. I collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment with increased footprint and coordinate with teammates to identify optimization opportunities. In my experiences I have learned to produce, coordinate and oversee the creation and delivery of Professional Development both face to face and virtually, via webinar, zoom, and google meets. Using various cross functional resources to successfully implement additional users throughout the lifecycle, I enjoy using my deep understanding of program objectives. While instructing, I provide clear, consistent and direct feedback to show my empathy and passion. I assess student learning through discussions, projects, and formal assessments.
