Start to finish production of all aspects of a commercial photo shoot including: estimating / bidding projects, holding all relevant talent, studio, location scouting, casting, negotiating rates, booking, managing budget, pre-production, on set production, managing post-production deadlines, to final delivery of assets- Prepare and plan pre-production meetings with clients and create pre-production documents. Build call sheet and create shoot schedule, as well as manage schedule on set- Oversee multiple productions simultaneously and book/manage 3rd party production if necessary- Book and coordinate all travel for crew for domestic / international productions. Maintain relationships with vendors overseas and throughout the US for potential production needs- Arrange transportation to and from shoot locations for all personnel nationwide / globally- Handle any special requests / talent riders received by high profile clientele prior to and during shoot- Collect and submit all final billing upon shoot completion- Manage open invoices alongside Accounts Receivable.
