Erica Elizabeth Silvestri is a Broker-Associate with Keller Williams Towne Square Realty. Following her graduation with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Erica embarked on her real estate journey by obtaining her license in 2006, driven by a lifelong passion for the industry that initially began as a hobby.With a wealth of experience as a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey, Erica’s daily responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including managing client expectations, conducting home showings, negotiating contracts, and analyzing sales data to provide comprehensive listing presentations.
