ABOUT ERICA SIAFA
Prior to transitioning from the retail space to corporate, I had the pleasure for eight years, managing and coaching a team of 132 associates. During that time, as a 22 year old right out of college, I learned a lot about myself and what it takes to truly be a great leader. I did so by inspiring others to reach milestones, in both their personal and professional lives, that they may not have thought possible. I’ve learned to allow myself to make mistakes, give myself grace, and be intentional about eliminating those opportunities from repeating.I enjoy volunteering; it\'s a great feeling to know, I have been given the life I have, to positively impact the lives of others. In the future, if opportunity allows it, I would like to give more of myself to organizations, dedicated to improving the lives of women and children. Especially those most at risk living in marginalized communities.
