After volunteering since 2001 in various roles with HOBY Kansas, a youth leadership organization for high school sophomores, I joined the Corporate Board in 2019 and began serving as Board President in 2024. Local HOBY seminars are entirely volunteer-run and our four-day seminar at K-State each summer is excellent. HOBY made an extremely significant impact on my life as a high school student and beyond, and my hope is that I can have a small part in equipping the next generation to lead and serve to create positive change.
