I\'m a people-focused leader with 20+ years of experience in multi-unit retail management, operations, and team development-now bringing that same leadership, organization, and energy into the wellness and fitness space. Most recently, I served as a District Manager overseeing over 400 points of sale, leading and training managers, managing payroll and productivity, and driving multi-unit sales up to $7M. I\'ve led large-scale partner rollouts, including a 200-location expansion and have extensive experience in merchandising strategy, store openings, scheduling, logistics and operational planning.Today, I combine my corporate leadership background with my work as a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and soon to be certified group fitness instructor, supporting individuals, teams and organizations through movement, mindfulness and effective communication.
