Supporting the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring accurate documentation, vehicle readiness, and efficient communication with maintenance and rental teams. Assist with the coordination of vehicles, defleeting and lot organization. Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement, mileage, registrations, and maintenance statuses. Monitor and track fleet inventory across locations, reconciling discrepancies. Support the fleet and maintenance teams by generating work orders, tracking repairs, and scheduling services. Conduct regular audits of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and branding standards Communicate effectively with internal departments including operations, maintenance, and rental agents. Ensure vehicles are properly staged following company guidelines. Perform data entry and clerical duties as needed in support of the fleet.
