Highly motivated, ceaselessly energetic (seriously) business consultant working with Call Center Training Solutions. I invest in our clients\' telephone sales and service teams to significantly improve sales results (e.g. higher revenue per call), CSAT scores, employee motivation (e.g. reduced attrition), and frontline leadership engagement.
