I thrive in environments where the stakes are high and execution matters. Early experiences in adrenaline sports — including paragliding, skydiving, and bungee jumping — shaped my comfort operating under pressure and reinforced the importance of preparation and disciplined execution.I’m a Deals Director at PwC focused on M&A within Banking, Capital Markets, fintech, and payments. I’ve supported multiple multi-billion-dollar transactions, including large-scale bank acquisitions, payments platform combinations, and FDIC-assisted transactions.My work centers on deal execution — translating deal strategy into Day 1 readiness, sustainable operating models, and value capture. My experience spans synergy modeling and realization, integration management, finance integration, TSA and separation planning, and operating model design.Based in Chicago and originally from Los Angeles. These days, outside of work, I’m more likely to be found golfing, exploring a new city, or enjoying a great glass of wine — often during trips back to Los Angeles to spend time with my three nieces.
