Manage end to end production for bespoke video content on a rolling calendar, keeping the production team abreast of all pertinent information-Assess gaps in production workflow to build efficient systems and team trainings to help facilitate communication, output, and fulfillment-Lead and manage the production in-house staff-Help hire & manage freelancers for physical production-Point of contact for freelancers, sharing essential company practices, resources, and information-Track all production paperwork and company resources-Create a project management system in airtable and manage the rollout/staff training of the system-Collaborate with CCO to execute a high volume of production across a myriad of content formats (YouTube channels, merch shoots, social content, live streams, company events)-Manage communication between creative leads, crew department heads, and staff-Track and manage billing for vendors and crew working directly with the Finance Manager and COO-Assist in sourcing locations, art, and additional creative elements on a project-by-project basis-Oversee coordination of necessary transportation/housing for cast and crew for on-location projects-Handle physical production needs to execute the creative lead’s vision, ensuring a set that operates smoothly and safely-Build process documentation to assist in communication and training of the Production team-Create a growth path for each Production Team member ensuring the mastering of current job skills and growth into new skill levels and job fulfillment-Work with the COO to create job descriptions and onboarding plans for the Production team.
