I am responsible for coordinating the efforts of subunits, ensuring operational readiness, and implementing the Commanding Officer\'s directives. This role required strategic planning, resource management, and leadership to maintain discipline, enhance operational efficiency, and develop junior leaders. I act as a key advisor to the Commanding Officer, ensuring seamless regimental operations and readiness.
