With over 12 years of experience in the multi-family property managment industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who oversees the operations of New Earth Residential, a company that provides quality and affordable housing solutions to diverse communities. As the Vice President of Operations, I am responsible for managing the financial, legal, and regulatory aspects of the portfolio, ensuring compliance with federal and state programs, optimizing occupancy and revenue, and enhancing resident satisfaction and retention. I hold a certification as a Certified Occupancy Specialist, and I have extensive knowledge and skills in leases, property management, and real estate. Previously, I served as the Regional Vice President and the Senior Regional Manager at New Earth Residential, where I successfully managed multiple properties, increased occupancy rates, and implemented best practices and policies.
