ABOUT ERICA J. GLENN
On the Carnegie Mellon University campus as a scholar student participating in the “Role Models” program at the age of 10 I was affectionately known as a born sales woman. I was selling lemonade and I sold so much lemonade that sunny day I knew that I was just a natural at the art of persuasion. My passionate coach style leadership techniques are always used to advance my team in every work environment I’ve been in. My customer service is impeccable in all scenarios whether simple or challenging circumstances. Lifelong learner currently content with a Masters in Human Resource Management. Only took me 4 score years to finally get to use it, but whose counting! Next up Juris Doctorate when these little people leave the nest. My favorite pass time when not with family is engaging in the art of social networking. I enjoy networking on and offline. I will have to say one of my strong suits is my tenacious spirit. With the loss of my mother to obesity, I fought off my own obesity by loosing 100lbs and have kept it off for the last 7 years, so nothing can stop me. It’s only hard press from here!
