Recruiter specialized in identifying, and hiring, candidates for Telecommunications Engineering projects nationwide (OSP / ISP / Transport Engineers / Planners / Project Managers / Inspectors / Designers / Drafters / Construction Managers / Network Engineers / Site Acquisition / Administrative Support etc.). •Submit sourced candidates to open jobs to achieve weekly KPI’s. Achieve hiring demands of the clients and communicate with account managers. •Deliver client feedback, schedule interviews, and extend offers. Make sure my candidates move through onboarding and ensure their first day or start. •Maintain regular contact with my employees and ensure job satisfaction. •Employee support/escalation point for W-2 contract employees. Support includes benefits, HR collaboration, time sheet process, PTO requests, concerns, terminations, promotions, performance concerns, etc. •Deliver client feedback related to employee performance and provide direction in verbal and written warnings.
