Assisted partner in developing a new restaurant concept in our community from the ground up. Completely redesigned the 4,500 square foot space, including managing all aspects of decor, order purchases and communication and monitoring contractors. Developed menu and pricing with co-owner, food purveyors and chef. Responsible for recruiting and maintaining 20-30 employees, as well as coordinating private events and large caterings. I am very adaptable and acclimate well to change. I am very passionate and dedicated, and enjoy taking care of guests to ensure everyone has a great experience.
