ABOUT ERICA ESTERLY
I am a First Lieutenant in the Military Police Corps of the U.S. Army, serving with a strong commitment to leadership and service. Graduated with honors from the United States Military Academy at West Point and majored in Philosophy. My academic focus on philosophy instilled a deep interest in interpersonal relationships, identity, and human behavior. Throughout my time at West Point, I had the unique opportunity to present my published work at ethics conferences, which examined these themes in depth, exploring the connections between individual identity and collective dynamics.I am deeply interested in law enforcement and its intersection with leadership, ethics, and public service. I strive to lead by example, with an emphasis on serving others and fostering environments where my subordinates can thrive. This focus on service is at the core of my leadership philosophy, and I am passionate about mentoring and empowering my subordinates.
