Experienced manager with 25 years of gaming experience. What I enjoy most about gaming is the creativity of creating a profitable gaming floor by making calculated decisions for game placement, market research to buy the best cabinets with the best themes to draw the best play. Watching the technology evolve from 1 arm bandits to the 300+lb monsters on the casino floor with massive sign packages on casino floors today is incredible, not to mention the obsolete of coin hoppers and coin acceptors evolved to printers and ultimately the elimination of coin and eventually paperless. Outside or normal moves, floor renovations, system upgrades and changes, new game installs and conversions; I been apart of opening a casino, carpet changes, installing cash less, converting from serial to high speed and the creation of a new high limit room. I will never stop learning, I often take classes to learn a skill to enhance knowledge. Being apart of an ever growing industry was an exciting adventure, and never boring. There were always new challenges.I am thankfully for every supervisor, manager and director who took a chance on me and every employee that trusted me as their leader. I grew up in gaming and it was a rewarding experience that started out just a job and turned into a career and much more. I meet some of the best people that are now life time friends that feel more like family. Last year I made a career change, It was time to start a new journey. I stepped out of my comfort zone to take on a new career. I now work in the CPKC US Operations center in Crew Management.
