I firmly believe that change begins with me.Professionally, I bring years of experience in both the medical field and the business sector, with over fifteen years in management. I thrive in leadership roles and take pride in leading by example, mentoring others, and creating environments where people feel valued and empowered. Making people smile is not just something I enjoy—it reflects my commitment to service and human connection.I am a mentor, writer, public speaker, plus-size model, health administrator, clinical case manager, community activist, and advocate for education. My work centers on identifying the root causes of health disparities within underserved communities and connecting individuals to resources and education that promote sustainable change.I am especially passionate about mental health and wellness. Mental health affects everyone, yet access to resources remains limited in many communities. I believe that when one person commits to change, that change can ripple outward and impact many.My diverse professional experiences allow me to be an asset to any organization committed to growth, equity, and community impact.
