ABOUT ERICA BRISTOL
With nearly two decades of experience, Erica is a seasoned Commercial Mediator dedicated to helping attorneys and their clients resolve complex business disputes. Erica specializes in intellectual property cases, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, and patent disputes. Her expertise extends to a broad range of legal areas such as commercial contracts, business partnerships and “divorces,” employment matters, and real estate conflicts. Erica earned her law degree from UCLA School of Law in Before becoming a mediator, she spent over 11 years as in-house corporate counsel, assistant general counsel, and corporate secretary for a parent company and its affiliates. She has a deep understanding of the legal and business nuances that drive disputes, as well as the unique priorities of both in-house and external counsel. Erica is a Panel Mediator for the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the Santa Barbara Superior Court.
