As an experienced instructional leader, my primary focus is on advising and coaching K-5 teachers through the successful implementation of the Amplify literacy program, with a particular emphasis on dual-language classes. I work closely with educators to co-plan and model exemplar lessons that promote student engagement and achievement across grade levels. By analyzing MAP, Benchmark, and Amplify data, I leverage insights to develop targeted professional development sessions and facilitate data-driven professional learning communities (PLCs) that foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement. Together, we strive to ensure that every student receives a high-quality education and reaches their full potential.
