   Oversee UT-Health JOC construction group; Superintendents, Project Engineers, Interns and Labor Force • Assist Superintendent/Owners with overcoming project challenges in order to meet project schedules and/or remain within project budget • Assist Owner with creating project scope through Job Order Contract to enable estimation finalization • Create project cost estimates, pre-construction summaries, project schedules, punch list, project progression reports and project close-out documents. • Review and approve project groups quantity survey budgets, project contracts, change proposals, estimations, time sheets, etc. • Oversee the issuance of subcontracts and purchase orders, tracks all items related to budget and schedule, and responsible for overall contract administration • Participate in pre-bid review and oversee bid-day activities • Negotiate with subcontractors for price and evaluate their bid for completeness and accuracy • Review project submittal to ensure compliance with project specifications. • Review/Create Request for Information (RFI\'s) to submit to the Architect. • Communicate with Architect, Engineers and Subcontractors on a daily basis.
