Over a decade of professional experience in operations including full-cycle recruitment, account management, HR, payroll, benefits, and general support. I\'ve spent the last 3 years as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Prime Concepts Detroit. I currently oversee full-cycle recruiting and HR operations for an expanding group of high-end hospitality and lifestyle brands, including Aurora Italiana, Aurora on the Lake, Prime29 Steakhouse, Nara Hibachi & Sushi, Sexy Steak, Wabeek Club, Barbat Holdings, and Houze Living.By partnering closely with leadership to understand staffing needs, I successfully build strong candidate pipelines and hire top talent who thrive in their roles. I also craft framework the company follows, create procedures where none exist, and build teams from scratch. My niche is turning ideas into processes and processes into results.
