Developing small molecule \"biased agonists\" for the thyrotropin stimulating hormone receptor (TSHR) that may someday serve as therapeutics for diseases such as thyroid cancer, Graves\' hyperthyroidism, and osteoporosis. Characterized molecular basis of signaling by beta-arrestin 1 downstream of TSHR, using a combination of Western blotting and mass spectroscopy.
