Creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for 40+ residents by organizing floor events, mediating roommate conflicts, and fostering a strong sense of belonging among students from diverse backgrounds. On call weekly from 8 PM to 8 AM, I support residents in crisis within a community of 370 students. Previously, I served as a Resident Advisor for the Honors Living Learning Community, connecting students with Honors faculty and programs to ensure they have the resources and support needed to thrive. Currently, I work with the InclusiveU program, helping students transition to college life and feel welcomed in the university’s residential community.
