As our business continues to develop very successfully, my role was recently expanded to Head of Sales Europe, on top of my current MD responsibility in Italy. Leading a team of more than 40 individuals across our 2 sites in Italy and in the UK, my remit is to drive and transform our business, adapting it to our current and future market environment. I am as such responsible for the definition and implementation of our new Regional Strategy and Business Plans. Exciting times.

I have been working in the B to B Ingredient industry for more than 25 years, enjoying every aspect of it.Starting as Account Manager, I held growing positions along my career such as Key Account Manager, Business Manager, Regional Sales Director, General Manager and finally Managing Director and Head of Sales. Holding full responsibility for the P&L, I have also been Chairman of the Board of Directors for the last 3 years.My passion lies in developing talents and organizational capabilities, building and executing relevant Strategic plans to grow profitable business in new geographies and new categories.
