Eric is responsible for land acquisition, investor equity and debt participation, financial analysis for Everbright Properties-Support VP of Construction in managing the development, implementation and monitoring of processes -Support the VP of construction in day to day schedule for meetings -Creating and managing multiple track sheets including costs, project statutes, schedules etc-Scheduling meetings, managing recurring meeting agendas and minutes -Contracts management for documentation through the development process -Assist Managers in several real estate development projects using outside consultants and supporting development staff -Reach out to architects and schedule meetings -Format bid comparisons and present to CEO -Draft subcontractor contracts from standardized templates -Select sites that are feasible for development -Ensure the proforma analysis of sites meet the return of the company -Coordinate with CEO and VP of Construction in daily meeting on updates of site selection -Follow up with City ensuring Sites meets all the city zoning policies and city support.
