I lead four key functions at Hybrid Software Group Product Management, Technical Services, Support, and Documentation driving the development and delivery of award-winning products and services. Notable achievements include launching SmartDFE, the Group’s flagship product and winner of the 2025 King’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation. I also led the development of ScreenPro and PrintFlat, which received InterTech Technology Awards in 2018 and 2019, respectively, and helped secure the Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation in 2020. My contributions include the Direct product, which won the 2021 Pinnacle InterTech Award, and evolving Mako from gDoc technology into a powerful print solution. I hold five patents and introduced the BreakThrough service to help customers overcome market-entry barriers.I established both the Product Management and Technical Services teams, delivering over 100 customer-driven projects, and created initiatives like the Graduate Program and the Shed, an innovation space for engineering ideas. With over a decade of experience as a Product Owner in agile environments, I’ve championed modern practices including the Business Model Canvas, Lean Start-up, and Customer Journeys. I’ve also built product-aligned value chains and achieved Microsoft Gold Partner status for the organization.
