   Serve as the Case Manager for 50+ students in grades K-5. I help to organize, implement, and review IEPs for these students, as well as being a resource and the main point of contact for all of the families. I work with teachers and the child study team to implement effective goals, accomodations and modifications- Conduct social histories and classroom observations for all students grades preK-5. I conduct social histories with families of students to gain a better understanding of the environmental factors that impact students with IEPs in order to better provide accommodations- Organize and lead various social skills groups for students at Clarendon Elementary School (K-5) in order to educate students in need of improved socialization. I utilize play therapy techniques in individual and group settings in order to evaluate student needs and help students express and understand their emotional needs- Serve as an active member of the Child Study Team, providing behavioral and environmental insight for each student.
