I’m a Service-Disabled Veteran, founder, and operator who has spent my career building and putting together mission-driven organizations at the intersection of technology, public service, and innovation. From flying attack helicopters and leading soldiers in the U.S. Army during combat, to advising Global clients at AT & T Solutions and PwC, I’ve consistently been asked to take on complex problems, align senior stakeholders, and deliver. I went on to lead and scale multiple companies, including Ikimbo (a real-time communications pioneer backed by $17.7M in venture funding), Exclusive Integration (high-end AV and automation for government and commercial clients), and Courage LLC, where I led the design, integration, launch, and O&M of the DC Health Insurance Exchange - one of only four in the nation to meet its ACA mandate, operating with zero unscheduled downtime.Today, I serve as CEO and Co-Founder of Tharseo IT, a pure-play Oracle Cloud firm trusted by Federal, DoD, SLED, public health, tax, water utilities, and higher-ed customers to migrate, modernize, and optimize their mission-critical systems on Oracle Cloud. I’m also CEO of ValorTech.AI, an SBA-certified SDVOSB focused on AI-driven healthcare and early detection solutions for Veterans and public health, and Founding Board Member and Chairman of Sentinel Six, a 501(c)(3) launched by ValorTech.AI that stands watch over veterans, first responders, and their families through scholarships, technical training, emergency assistance, and resilience programs. Across all of these efforts, my throughline is the same: build strong teams, earn trust, and use technology and leadership to improve lives and outcomes for the people who serve and the communities they protect.

Our team delivers deep expertise across Federal Civilian, DoD, SLED, and commercial markets, with proven success in Water Utilities, Finance & Tax, Public Health, and Higher Education. As the first Oracle partner to migrate a public sector agency to Oracle Cloud, Tharseo IT has since led numerous large-scale modernization efforts, transforming legacy environments into secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud ecosystems. We are trusted for our Oracle-only focus, our mission-aligned delivery model, and our ability to accelerate digital transformation for organizations with complex regulatory, security, and operational demands.
