About Eric Williams
I am grateful to have served for 14 years as a superintendent of school districts with student enrollments ranging from to I loved promoting the joy of teaching and learning, including an emphasis on personalized, project based learning. All too often the financial wellness of teachers and other school employees suffers because of lack of access to high quality, low cost 403(b) and 457 retirement plans. And superintendents often give 110% of themselves to serve the students and employees of their districts without protecting their own financial wellness. I am thrilled to have started a new chapter professionally in which I collaborate with schools in supporting staff members with customized retirement and financial wellness plans that improve employee financial success. And I leverage my understanding of the unique needs of superintendents by helping them and others develop and implement their own financial/retirement plans that financially empower them to live the lives they want. Collaboratively developing dynamic strategic plans that provide a laser-like focus for teamwork was a key strength as superintendent. Another strength was providing financial leadership in support of student achievement in districts with annual operating and capital budgets as large as $1.5 billion. If you are interested in collaborating on your personal financial wellness or that of your team members, let’s connect.

Collaborate with schools in supporting staff members with customized retirement and financial wellness plans that improve employee financial success. Connect districts with TCG services that reduce the administrative burden of retirement plans for districts, track plan assets, prepare retirement plan documents and reduce plan fees. Work specifically with superintendents and others to develop and implement their own financial/retirement plans. The unique needs of superintendents engaged in financial planning with me are understood and addressed, including needs relating to career transitions within one state or multiple states, whether to buy years of service credit in state plans, evolving retirement date goals, as well as the strengths and disadvantages of specific retirement savings vehicles, such as 403(b) plans, 457 retirement plans, and 401(a) incentive and retention plans that districts may create for superintendents.
