What I am most passionate about is the impact of human capital on the vitality of an organization. The challenge in any economy is the imperative to hire, develop and manage talent well. One aspect of my professional career is that I am a former career Navy Officer. I have a long background of involvement in University Recruiting, Diversity and Inclusion to include Veteran Recruiting. I led the establishment of the military/veteran employee engagement groups across the country. I have been actively engaged various D&I initiatives supporting employees and organizations.
