That includes turnkey delivery of all Site Utilities, Building Surrounds (hard/softscape), Quad/Green spaces, Surface Parking Lots, Exterior Wayfinding/Signage and Artwork, Streets (Reestablish/Paving), Pedestrian Trails, and Low Voltage deployment for the 44-acre campus (IT Infrastructure & Distribution, Security Systems, WiFi Deployment, etc.). I also serve as the primary program liaison for coordination with the following external stakeholders: AES Indiana, IndyGo, Citizens Energy Group, and other departments within the City of Indianapolis.
