As a part of the Indirect Purchasing team at Entrust Corporation, I’m thrilled about this growing company, the culture and opportunities they have to offer.I was a Merchandising Support Specialist at UNFI for just before that. It was also a great company with opportunities. I reviewed vendor ads and promotions, proofing, approving or requesting updates. I worked with vendors to ensure grocers were stocked with products people need, items were tagged correctly, they were fresh and improved the lives of consumers.Before working at UNFI, I processed warranty claims for parts replaced on dental equipment, receiving, organizing & coordinating returns to vendors for inspection and credit, supporting our dental branches across the U.S. & working closely with our vendors to ensure a quality experience throughout equipment lifecycles and improving technology for dentistry. Claimed millions of dollars while maintaining great relationships with vendors. I did User Interface Testing and helped implement Patterson’s new Warranty Utility.Prior to that, I processed CEREC (CAD/Cam) Parts Orders for our branches, I did RMAs, core returns and warranty claims, dealing with our largest technology partner. I ensured timely shipments from our distribution center to our customers, operating a TWP (Transitional Work Process) because the branches were on SAP, but the DC was not. I helped branches with proper customer billing and warranty credit from our vendor, shipping defective CEREC parts back to the German vendor, corresponding to warranty claims, maintaining a great relationship with our branches across the country and our vendor partner stateside as well as overseas.Before that, I did contract administration for multiple equipment types. I was nominated to be a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for new enterprise software. I helped design blueprints for business processes for all things service related. I built contract templates, prepared data for conversions, UIT (User Interface Testing) for the new programs in SAP. End user training and coaching. Wrote Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and lead service webinars, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and growing the business of our customers and our partners.I moved up to the role above from CEREC (Cad/Cam) Support Specialist, where I processed CEREC Club Contracts, Renewals and Cancellations. Data Entry, Maintenance, Retrieval and Analysis. I was also a back up for CEREC Parts order fullfillment, procurement, billing, RMAs, warranty claims and credits.
