About Eric W. Lee
While enrolled in my dual-degree engineering program at Morehouse and Georgia Tech, I completed an internship at Honeywell that made me realize I didn’t really want to go into the field of engineering. In figuring out my next steps, I decided to leverage my technical background to transition into intellectual property (IP) law.Over my 16+ year career in law, I’ve had to opportunity to contribute to major patent and trade secret litigation. This includes the $12.1B swept fan case where I managed the discovery and story behind the prior art leading to a summary judgment in our favor. Within my practice, I like to take a practical approach to solve my client’s problems. I ensure they fully understand the process and potential pitfalls and rewards of any strategy we may execute.Outside of the office, I’m passionate about diversifying the field of law and work closely with the National Bar Association to execute programs and initiatives to support. I also have a personal goal to visit all 50 states and only have 6 left on my list!If you’d like to connect, please feel free to do so here or via email at e••••••••@gmail.com.
