Let\'s cut to the chase, I run end-to-end search projects for AI, Data and Tech Leadership hires. Most companies that get these hires wrong will waste a lot of money and won\'t realise until these Leaders are 1-2 years into the role (look at the average CDO tenure). It\'s the very beginning of this process that is the crux of whether these hires will work, and the majority can\'t (or won\'t) invest the time, knowledge and understanding to identify the metrics for success and impact profile of these hires, which should inform every part of the hiring process. Start with the end in mind. That\'s the problem that I solve for my clients. I invest a significant amount of my time analysing your business using my OM-WISER framework and how this Leadership role, and ultimately the entire function they lead, will transform your business. Once I have a full report, it then tells me exactly who to headhunt, how best to sell your business to them and how we should be assessing them against the metrics we\'ve defined for the role. This is what I\'m best at, and quality is what I\'ve centred Talos around, hence why I only take on two projects at once. I also work at a flat fee rate for the project.
