My main mission is to ensure excellence in R&D operations and drive the digital transformation for the Visibility Business Group.My scope concerns the following domains linked to the Product Development and its digitalized processes : PLM, Mechanic, Electronic Hardware, Software and System Engineering with the missions : • Contribute to the definition of the vision, strategy and of the roadmap. • Define, standardize & maintains Excellence processes, methodologies, deliverables and supporting toolchain (developped by Centers of Excellence). • Define & deploy the change management strategy, tools & methodologies related to the Product for all domains concerned. • Capture Business Requirements (Processes, methodologies.) from BG Metiers, transfer them to Centers of Excellence and define/ensure the solution implemented will fit to the business needs. Manage priorities and arbitration with BG/Group entities. • Manage Team of Change & Adoption Engineers and Support Team in India (5-10 people). • Monitor & ensure the performance of the internal processes through KPI and some audits performed with Business Metier Directors. • Ensure Quality of Delivery. • Ensure Business continuity service for the domains concerned, coordinating with different entities (Center of Excellence, IS.) in case of issues impacted the R&D performance and efficiency. • Support the Digital Business Partner Director to monitor the financial performance and budget preparation. • Leader for the BG and Group to digitalize some processes, such as A-SPICE (Document, BOM & Configuration management.) or Manufacturing (Digital continuity from R&D to Manufacturing with SAP). • Senior Project Management experience managing word wide projects with multi-discipline : Planning / Resources & Risks Management.
