   Support the budgeting activities of project in development phase for investment approval defining the capex expenditure S-curve, taking into consideration the general project schedule and contractual milestones for Supplies, Works and Services, providing internal and external personnel costs, indicating criticalities and assumptions in capex estimation, as well as main financial assumptions •Support the risk analysis of projects in development in terms of financial impact, in order to calculate the Capex@risk to include in the budget •Define Cost Breakdown Structure as per Administration, Control and Finance requirements as well as per industrial accounting company rules on SAP, taking into account all costs relevant to the project (direct, indirect) and all the associated contracts/fees/agreements •Support the Project Team in drafting the main contracts of Supplies and Works, specifically for Payment Milestones, CPI/FX conditions, penalties/liquidated damages set-up •Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure checking all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded, periodically updating actual, committed costs and rolling forecast with respect to the capex baseline according to company procedures/methods •Analyze committed costs and activities to-date, review the estimate to complete, isolating any deviation from baseline or adverse trend and warn the Project Manager on time to take preventive actions in order to mitigate overruns also by means Risk assessment support •Run monthly updates on the Risk Analysis of the projects in execution and adjust the cost forecast •Provide cost impact analysis during change order requests/claims process in cooperation with the other Project Team members •Control of project man hours and internal costs •Prepare economical project reports in accordance with company procedures/standards and tools for Project Team and Management review, indicating critical points and extra costs/savings delta analysis
