I’m Eric Tannant, a 4th-year Electrical Engineering student at UBC with a passion for software engineering and hands-on experience in software design, testing, and systems analysis. Throughout internships at Sierra Wireless, Acturis, and AMD, I have applied my skills in Python, C/C++/C#, JavaScript, and SQL to build scalable software solutions, automate testing workflows, and optimize system performance. I bring a unique combination of hardware insight and software expertise, with experience in embedded systems, web development, and data pipelines. Comfortable working in Linux and Windows environments, I excel at problem-solving and collaborating in agile teams to deliver impactful software. My goal is to contribute to innovative projects that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
