My professional approach centers on taking full ownership of customer issues—if a problem lands in my inbox or on a call, it is either resolved or actively being addressed by the time that interaction ends, or very shortly thereafter. I have maintained a 99% problem resolution rate, even in fast-paced, high-demand environments. I believe that effective customer service is not just about speed, but about delivering thoughtful, empathetic, and knowledgeable support. Too often, service today is measured by how quickly an agent can end a call or close a chat, rather than how well the customer’s issue is understood and resolved. My goal is always to ensure the customer feels heard, respected, and supported—because if they don’t, they are unlikely to return. While working at GlobalTranz, I achieved a 99% resolution rate with a major client by going beyond the limitations of standard tools and procedures—solving complex problems by thinking creatively and applying a customer-first mindset. I am looking for a role that will allow me to continue applying my skills in customer relationship management, critical thinking, collaboration, sales, and support, in a forward-thinking organization that values long-term customer satisfaction.
