ABOUT ERIC STEPHENSON

Interested in a direct hire as Sr Analyst or Technical / Functional Architect-Made history, by successfully completing the first ever SAAS (Software As A Service) project procured by the Delaware state government to manage constituent issues for the Governor’s Office & several State agencies, which has been in use for over 10 years-Over 15 years, with a successful track record, thru many roles including: Business Analyst, System Architect, Project Management, Development, Administration & Integration. Has completed projects alone, but also realizes a team with a variety of skill sets can minimize risk & increase productivity-Eric became a client facing Business Analyst by building upon customer service experience. From working with entry level developers who asked a lot of questions, Eric learned architecture & design, to mentor & answer those questions. Salesforce was similar to systems Eric designed, so it was more efficient to build myself then explain every step in a wizard to offshore teams. Even with more complicated requirements, I often find myself going above & beyond to help my development team or just doing the work myself-Business Analyst, Solution & Technical Architect roles are often combined. Like a therapist, an analyst listens to the business needs & guides toward solutions. The architect converts those requirements into technical tasks so several developers can \"code blindly.\"-I have reviewed & fixed the code of developers whose coding skills & experience were supposed to exceed my own. You\'d be surprised how many developers don\'t understand bulkification or how to properly test code to handle large records or integrations-I often surprise myself, like when I had to re-learn SQL. Yes, I can do more than just Salesforce-For over 10 years, I’ve had a dedicated commitment to my Attendance Tracker App on Salesforce’s App Exchange. Based on user feedback & requests, I’ve completely managed, designed, built, developed & maintained my application. As well as, passed many security reviews-I prefer paid travel over relocation. If job duration is under 3 years its travel. I’m open to learning about options to mutually assure a commitment-Clients include: 21st Century, Abbive, B&W Tek, Boeing, Brookfield, Coast Guard, Con Edison, Coleman Research Group, Corelink, Cushman & Wakefield, Executive Mosaic, HCL, Integra Life, National Geographic, NJ Health care, Johnson & Johnson, Mareana, Mizuho Bank, Moody\'s, Recovery Trek, Plum Benefits, Sapporo, Verisk health
