The mission of WPH is to promote the environmentally safe and agronomically sound use of products for the production of safe and high quality food, fiber, and horticultural products. Manage multiple sensitive, high level regulatory issues related issues related to diverse products and chemistries on behalf of the pesticide and fertilizer industries. Organize and manage development of our association committees’ comments and communicate with members through non-technical written materials. Pro-actively manage multiple technical issues and projects related to environmental regulations for the plant health industry. Represent the interests of fertilizer and pesticide manufacturers, biotechnology providers, and agricultural retailers in California, Arizona, and Hawaii. Responsible for developing technical information and formal comments to regulatory agencies on environmental issues and regulatory proposals on behalf of the association.
