I have been working at The Home Depot since March of 2018. I was an Installation Service Coordinator for the Los Angeles and Denver branches for my first 10 months with the company. Layoffs led me to becoming a Chat Representative at the Kennesaw Online Contact Center in February of 2019. Previous to setting my foot in the home improvement industry, I have held jobs in the telecommunications, broadcasting, and radio industries. The vast majority of my experience has been in areas focused on building and maintaining profitable B2B and B2C relationships including account management, client service, inside sales, customer service, marketing, and project management.
