As one of metropolitan Detroit’s top Investment Sales brokers, I was selected by Trammell Crow Company to lead the Investment Sales division in the SE Michigan market. From 1994 to 2007, I completed over $500 million of investment property sales on behalf of both local and national institutional owners.My clientele includes; the Archon Group, Chrysler Capital, Equity Office Properties, GE Capital, Arcap REIT, Trizec Hahn, Kennedy Associates, The Hayman Company, Coopers & Lybrand, Resolution Trust Corporation, Lear Corporation, Comerica and Volkswagen of America in addition to numerous local equity investors.In 1998, I started EDS and began investing in various investments and developments with exceptional success and extraordinary return on capital.
