As Senior Project Manager and Operations Lead, I am currently overseeing the Construction Project Management department, reviewing the existing Operations and Estimation workflow and implementing new procedures and tools to improve the effectiveness of our PM practice, minimize oversights and better manage risks from start to end of the Project Lifecycle to deliver higher quality projects. This includes hosting of trainings and standardization of inter-department coordination. I have also served as Program Manager on one of our largest 2025 execution accounts, and personally acted as Project Manager on several large projects across Quebec and California.
