About Eric Sebastian

Four years’ experience in design, development, testing and implementation on Salesforce platform. I\'m excited to be in the second chapter of my career, aka Eric 2.0 Eric 1.0 was a 20+ year corporate career at National Grid, a large gas and electric utility in the Northeast. During my time at National Grid, I served in both technical and business roles supporting internal Front Office applications and my last two years I build and lead the internal Salesforce team. After taking some time off after I left National Grid, I decided to get back in the Salesforce ecosystem to give me purpose and also give back to the community. This started Eric 2.0. In the fall of 2020 I passed my admin certification and started volunteering as a Salesforce consultant at United South End Settlements, a nonprofit in Boston. While volunteering, I continued to study for Salesforce certifications and also become a Salesforce mentor/coach, helping those new to Salesforce become certified and employed. Mentoring has been extremely gratifying and I have really enjoyed being able to give back to the community. I\'ve led study groups for Salesforce Admin certification, conducted resume reviews and done mock interviews.
