Develop and manage 3-5 year strategic plans based on SMART goals and frequent reviews of performance. Identify and mitigate operational and financial risk, including Medical Loss Ratio (MLR). Lead a team of 55, including VPs, that provide clients with data, best practices, and technologies to improve value-based performance, medical margin, and population health outcomes. Advise clients on opportunities to hire physicians and APPs.
