Managing a team of 15 people (9 in-house, 6 consultants)- Responsible for Artwork development for packaging and merchandising/point of sale for product launches and Promotion.Key achievements - Complete transformation and optimisation of the artworking teams & processes. Transitioning from a scattered in-house ressources set-up both for project management and graphic executional work to a centralized hybrid team keeping in-house project coordination and organising on-site \"outsourced\" studio ressources for executional work- Digitalization of the processes, introducing a web-based platform managing pre-production specification, approval and artwork projects life cycle. From and out-of-the-box solution to a fully customized-to-our-needs user friendly environment. Creating added value on project and document tracking, automatic reporting and KPI consolidation and flexibility, fully compatible with the \"post-covid\" home office momentum- Responsible for Clarins\' Global Digital Asset Management.Feed, quality control & content maintenance, user access & training.Key achievements :Part of the project team for the creation of a new PIM & DAM solution as of 2020.Taking part form early stages on the build and deployment. Creating automatic feed & bridges between ERP product data (packaging ID - EAN- INCI & marketing texts) and digital media assets (packshots, advertising images), allowing direct linking between the PIM-DAM and e-commerce (own and third parties) platforms, better asset tracking and less man-power to feed in metadata.Organizing the on-boarding of all the user communities (e-learning, on-site and remote training sessions).
