At PREMIER Bankcard, my primary responsibility is to design and deliver a consistent, structured approach to individualized professional management development for over 300 members of the PREMIER Management team and key personnel. I strive to utilize current technologies to engage learners and challenge individual growth. The process has morphed from a classroom-based learning environment to a comprehensive multi-platform learning community. I\'ve served in the role of Instructional Designer and Facilitator for the majority of our Leadership Development projects, workshops, and seminars. I\'ve complemented my design work with audio and video production and editing for corporate communications and professional development projects. Additional contributions to the PREMIER Leadership Development strategy include- PREMIER Leadership 360 Survey - Individualized Professional Development Plans- Author and facilitator of over 35 Professional Development seminarsI am an avid proponent of process improvement and continually promote in-depth analysis into current systems for efficiency and productivity improvements.
